This site is for family, friends and fans of Patrick Henry (November 5, 1971 – January 9, 2017.) Patrick’s kindness, empathy and humor shine brightly in his work, which is showcased in the three sections below. Patrick loved people and loved to observe them. He saw humanity in the ordinary. His simple shooting style and minimalist editing offer a compassionate meditation on the human condition.

 

Patrick and his brother, Mike, shared a need to make fun of the ridiculousness that surrounds us all. Together, they wrote, directed, and produced many comedy shorts and commercials.

 

Patrick was a gifted artist. He could draw and paint, but it was filmmaking he loved most. He developed his craft at The Rhode Island School of Design, where he triple-majored in Film, Video and Animation, earning his BFA in 1995.
